The house is located within 10 minutes walk to Maccas, KFC & Point Cook Town Centre with plenty of dining, takeaway and grocery shopping options (Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, fresh produce store are all there). 24-hour Goodlife gym is also located in Point Cook Town Centre although it's temporary closed due to Ms. Rona but worry not, there is a treadmill in our house which you can use.

The house is also within 3 to 5 minutes walking distance to 498, 494 & 495 bus stops which take you to Hoppers Crossing, Williams Landing and Laverton train station.

There two living rooms with one facing the backyard and the other near the entrance which comes with a gas fire place. The outdoor featuring large covered pergola decorated with plants & flowers with outdoor seating, a great sanctuary to relax, get some fresh air and enjoy the greeneries without leaving the house especially during this lockdown period!

The backyard planted with summer fruit trees (apricot & plum) and organic vegetables. You can grow your own plants too if you have a green thumb. During the summer, you will have the chance to enjoy plenty of fruits!
