The house is ideally located on the fringe of Albert Park/Middle Park in Port Melbourne.

A typical 2 bedroom Victorian home layout, its a neatly presented no frills house with everything needed to live comfortably - it was freshly renovated only 8 years ago.

Decent size living areas, with a big lounge, open plan kitchen with dining area. Shared decent size bathroom with toilet, washer & dryer.

My favorite space is the large, north-facing, fully-fenced backyard. It has a lush garden complete with an outdoor table, sun chairs and BBQ - it's a spot to relax and enjoy on nice days.

Public transport is easy and convenient - there is ample free all-day street parking right outside.

We also have excellent neighbours and a caring community on the street.

I've always had excellent roommates & have mastered the art of personal vs social time in the living spaces ✨

Things are pretty low-key during the week (usually in bed by 9 and up by 6) with productive weekends (preferably healthy ones!). I don’t drink often, I’m single and not actively dating.

I find joy and balance in early morning walks, regular gym sessions, audiobooks/podcasts, nature adventures, and of course, my dog, Benson.

I work as an HR/Change Consultant. My work model is flexible depending on my project, and occasional interstate travel.

I keep the house pretty tidy. Since I have my dog, I don't mind being responsible for the daily reset & vacuuming.

Benson is 12 years old, super chill & obedient. He is a bit older now, his arthritic legs don't take him far anymore.

Benson does not get on furniture, he has his own bed which is his fave space to chill.
