Hi all,

I’ve got a fully furnished room available with ensuite & car space in the heart of Bay Street, Port Melbourne. Only a block and a half to the beach, and all that Bay St has to offer in the other direction.
The room is available mid-April for a long term rental.
The two bedr/ two bathr apartment is fully furnished, with split system heating & cooling, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, ceramic cooktop/electric oven, and with car space available.
The room includes an ensuite, queen bed, built-in robe, chest of drawers and ceiling fan. (Can also be let empty)

The place is perfectly suited to someone, or a couple, working in the CBD or surrounds, it’s only 15mins to the city by 109 tram or the bike trail. Ideal if you want to unwind by the bay in your evenings, or venture out to Bay Street for a meal or drink.

I’m a friendly, relaxed professional, working in the area. I enjoy getting down to the bay for a morning walk or a little dip.

Rent is $350 p/week, fully furnished ($520 for a couple). Bills are split evenly. $1520 bond. Initial six month rental agreement - rolling to monthly.
