Home Description

Description of the home

Lots of restaurants and bars because it’s close to Chapel Street but also away from the chaos. Coles and Woolies are a walking distance. Tram like 72 and 6 easily available. Train station Hawksburn is a 7-8 minute way with incredible connection.

About House: This house has a total of 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. The house is located a lil away from Chapel Street in Prahran. You have got access to tram line 6 and 72. The closest train station is Hawksburn and Prahran station is a 12 minute walk from home. However, the Hawksburn station has better connectivity. The house comes semi-furnished but has been completed furnished by my ex-housemate and I (Unfortunately he had to move to Perth). The house already has a washing machine, dishwasher and other basic amenities. I have also equipped the house with a 65 inch TV and PS5. Coles and Woolies are just a stone throw away from the house. The locality also has several parks and gardens. Moreover, being close to Chapel street there are several restaurants and bars we could hit up!

About the occupants
About me: I am Vedant (You can also call me Ved/Sahoo). Currently working full time for Telstra as a Customer Service Consultant. I usually work from home 3 days a week and love going out during the weekends whenever possible. I am very social and love making new friends and trying new activities once in a while. I am from India and I moved to Melbourne about 3 years ago. I have lived with the same person from Day 1. However, I am currently looking for a fun, social, and clean friend to take over his room as he has moved to Perth for work.

Please feel free to message if you're interested by telling me a little about yourself.
