This is a transfer of lease - I am breaking my lease and am in search of someone to take it over from the 11th February 2025. Rent is $2, 520 per calendar month (approx $580 per week) and the current lease runs through to the 11th May 2025. A bond of $2, 520 will be required to transfer the lease. All paperwork will be completed via the letting agent Biggin Scott Prahran.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a 2 story complex in quiet side street in Prahran. The #6 tram is minutes walk away, with both the Frankston (at Hawksburn station) and Sandringham (Prahran or Windsor stations) train lines about 10-15 mins walk. A 20 min walk puts you at Woolies, Coles and Dan Murphys on Chapel St, or Goodlife (Prahran or Armadale) / Fitness First St Kilda.
The front gate is security coded for a little more security.
The main bedroom has a built in and is of a larger size (compared to new build apartments). Bedroom two is located at the back of the apartment, off the kitchen, and easily fits a queen sized bed and dresser. A utilities cupboard is located in the kitchen, large enough for a washing machine and drier as well as a fair amount of storage.
The balcony area is private and has a double string washing line, which has been great.
A single car park space is located at the back of the complex, off a lane way.
Any pets would be via consultation with owner via rental agency.
