Heya,
We have a spare room for the right person.
Suzy (63), a landscape gardener working for herself, and Hannah (36) working in healthcare, are looking for a third person to join our awesome house in Preston. 5 minutes from the Preston Market and the train station. Short walk to the 86 tram, The Keys, Raccoon, Wolf and Swill. Arepa Days is on our street! It’s all right here in this perfect little Preston pocket.

Suzy and Hannah love to have a beer, watch the footy, play pool and enjoy each other's company as well as have our own down time. Suzy is a great cook; Hannah is a reluctant chef.

The house has 3 bedrooms, open kitchen area and 2 toilets. The backyard is a great area to hang out in, the garden is well kept and there are two sheds - one we occasionally play music in.

A bit about your room: It isn’t furnished and does have a built-in wardrobe with lots of natural light.

Rent is $797pcm plus bills. Move in date is August 23rd.

Regarding animals? We have them. And we are at max capacity. The cats are Giles and Stevie who are incredibly entertaining. We may be open to a dog who is cat savvy, but would it need to be a very gradual introduction.

As far as whoever is interested in checking the place out is, you obviously gotta be queer friendly (see above re: beer and footy and pool). And feel comfortable coming into our niche situation - we are a diverse household who fit well together and need that dynamic to continue. Age is a factor - we are looking for someone older (30s and above) and preferably female/non binary.
