I'm Jake - 33 years old, British, mostly work from home (in Digital). I have lots of interests that regularly take me around Melbourne and beyond. I've recently got back into bike riding so as well as a flatmate, I'd love to find a bike ride buddy to explore trails around the city!

I'm sociable, easy-going, love to cook, read, weightlift, swim, and partake in the odd pint on a weekend as well. I have a good group of friends around the city so occasionally I like to have mates over for a bite to eat or even just to go to a local gig or watch a movie. I don't generally stay up super-late and am generally pretty quiet after 10pm.

I'm looking for someone who's sociable like me, maybe even likes to watch obscure British comedies and cook the odd meal to eat together. I'm happy to do the same (and watch whatever obscure comedies you're into)!

For me, a good flatmate is someone who's friendly, considerate, and sociable. Someone who doesn't mind the odd trip out to a local restaurant or pub together, but has their own life and interests too. I like to get to know people and learn from the people I live with (e.g. a flatmate from 2019 got me into bike riding) so if you're really keen on something that you like to share, you're in a safe space to do it here.

I try to keep the place pretty tidy which sometimes involves a couple of hours keeping on top of it on the weekend - I'd be looking for someone keen on helping out in those communal areas too.
