We are offering comfortable accommodation in centrally located, Princes Hill at rental that will sit comfortably with you.

Household and bedroom furniture is provided - including comfortable, recently purchased queen sized bed and mattresses in each of the large spacious bedrooms, both of which are currently available.

In fact, all rooms are spacious and provide for comfortable living. Everything works. The back garden is very peaceful and is perfect for relaxing. Permit parking is also available.

It is a great base to do your thing – close to Barkly Square Shopping Centre, public transport, universities and a short 3 km tram ride to the CBD. It certainly does not have the traffic or the noise that is often found in the inner suburbs. It does have extensive park and bicycle tracks should you be interested.

Our property is also very secure which gives you added peace of mind.

It is important that you have trustworthy and compatible housemates. Your housemate would be Tom who is who is helpful, respectful, not intrusive, keeps the house clean and is easy to get along with. Recent tenants have all appreciated sharing the house with him.
