Fully furnished private room for rent in a spacious and cozy house in neighbourhood. The room is furnished with a single bed and desk as well has having a built in wardrobe.
The house is only 8 minutes by bus from La Trobe University and 12 minutes from RMIT in Bundoora, seven minutes walk from the reservoir train station/shops and 25 minutes from the city.
The bathroom will be shared with another housemate.
We are looking for a single person or a couple that likes privacy and a friendly environment.
Minimum stay: no less than 3 weeks preferable
