Hello, I am looking for a flat mate (No couples or Pets Sorry. Available now would like to fill before 20th December
Open to short term min 3-6 months would prefer someone who wants to make a house a home.
You'll be sharing with me and my mini dachshund called Flash. We live in a 2 BDRM unit on the cusp of Preston/Reservoir on the High Street side. Walking distance to local bars Sardinas, La Pinta and Surly's.It's a bit more of a walk, but on the Plenty Road side of things, Hardout, Zen Arcade and Tylers Milkbar. I'm a 41-year-old female, and I use she/her pronouns.
I am currently doing my cert IV in interior decoration and styling, working as a floor planner and stylist assistant, and doing the odd retail shift here and there. I am house proud and passionate about postmodern and MCM interiors.
Rent is $790 pm bills paid on the 20th of each month. Bond is $790 .(Internet/gas/electricity/water are split evenly. The room fits a double /queen bed and desk can be finished or not
I have converted the single garage into a studio space to work out of it. You are welcome to use half of it for storage or as a co-working space. There is street parking.
Would like to live with someone who wants to make a house a home.is willing to take on shared household tasks. Happy to share the occasional meal and wine.Im pretty Community minded but also independent.
