Hi all, two rooms available for rent in my sharehouse as two tennants are outgoing (finished their degrees).
- Located in the Northern side of Reservoir (Hickford St).
- Approx 10mins from train station.
- Option of downstairs room with own bathroom, or upstair with shared bathroom.
- Parking available.
- Move in from 13/10/2024 (or potentially earlier by negotiation.
- Rent $200/week, bills ~50/week, bond $650.
- You will be added to the lease.
- Currently on month-to month lease but happy to arrange fixed term with the land lord on agreeance of all tennants.
You'll be sharing with myself, a 26M, working as a doctor. I am easy going and have a pretty busy schedule so am out of the house most of the day.
Looking for roommates who are quiet and respectful, but also like to enjoy some banter. I like to keep the place clean and tidy - weekly chores split between the three tennants.
Preference for similar age, working or studying. Bonus points if in healthcare field.
