The house is an old Californian Bungalow that has had a tasteful renovation added at some point in its life.
There are 3 decent sized bedrooms with yours being Bedroom 3 on the floorplan, a large kitchen, meals and living area with a nice backyard alfresco and an enormous garden behind the house.
We have ample off-street and on street parking, are a 3 minute walk from the local Coles, a 5 minute walk away from Edwardes Street shops, an 8 minute walk from Reservoir station and 15 minutes from Edwardes park lake making us comfortably accessible to most of what Reservoir has on offer.
The backyard is perfect for drinks, a BBQ and catching the sunset with mates.

Rory is an avid film buff and can be found catching up on the latest film releases, watching any and most available live sport, cooking up something intriguing and hanging out with mates at most opportunities.
Bryce 29, a Construction Project Manager working from home 2 days a week, in the office 3 days and away on site every few weeks for 2 or 3 days at a time.
I can often be found tinkering away on something, working on my car or out with mates.
(I will also be travelling soon and away for about 6 weeks from Christmas, so the house would just be yourself and Rory for a while)
