I have a two bedroom apartment I'm wanting to rent one to somebody preferably someone who is a non-smoker if they are a smoker you will have to smoke on the balcony there's no air chronic at the moment as my needs to get fixed and I'm just waiting for that to happen it should happen within the next couple of months I have a laundry in a cupboard there is a line out the back on the balcony area. A lift and stairs. I currently don't have the home internet on
