Rent: $847 p/month + electricity bill only (no wifi available)
Room: medium bedroom with built in wardrobe, comes fully furnished (all personal items will be removed, to make it your own space)

House: the house backs onto a large empty paddock with 🐑. Feels like you're not even in Melbourne. Plenty of gorgeous park lands surrounding the block backing onto the Darebin creek. 5 minute walk to the bus and 5 min drive to the Reservoir train station. You: Preference for queer, artsy, and environmentally inclined folks. Must be working, house trained, clean, respectful. Enjoys a chat but also values independent space.

You will be living with Amanda, a queer earth mama witch woman in her 40's working in the wedding industry at the Collingwood Children's Farm. She loves brewing up herbal concoctions, going for long walks, attending to the garden and having a yarn out on the back couch.
You'll also have the privilege to live with THE cutest, most cuddliest, quietest fur baby, called Ellie 🐶
