Walking distance to most major sporting stadiums, Church St/Swan St/Chapel Street precints and Botanical Gardens. Fitness First is literally a block away.

This is part of a 110 year-old terrace house with a 2-story modernist extension at the back with an internal courtyard, back garden and frontyard. The floor, or what the architect calls 'parent's retreat' contains an open-plan design with a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, a desk, beside table, drawers and cabinet. Note that some of the furniture items may have been swapped (and rooftop may look a bit different, instead of the wooden blocks there is a large metal outdoor table and chairs) but the pictures show the conditions before the current tenant moved in.

Share the kitchen with only 1 female professional (30s) who lives downstairs with her own bathroom (in the older part of the house). The other bedroom downstairs I'm using for storage.

Seeking those who can clean after themselves, look after the house as their own, are trustworthy, don't party in the house (quiet social gathering is fine), and pay on time.
