Home Description

Description of the home

Big and bright two-storey, 2-bed 2-bath townhouse type unit in a great part of Richmond.

Location is amazing. 2 minute walk from 12/109 trams. 5 minute walk from Vic Gardens and the Yarra. Very close to gyms, Hector's Deli and so much Vietnamese food!

The house is reverse living with kitchen, living area, two balconies, and your (master) bedroom and bathroom all upstairs. My bedroom and bathroom are downstairs.

The bedroom (pictured empty) is a decent size with space for a queen bed, desk and dresser/drawers, has a built in robe and bathroom is attached.

Car parking space is taken but we are eligible for a resident parking permit from council.

My current housemate is moving out shortly so looking for someone friendly, tidy and fun to take over the lease. Note, he will be taking some of the furniture pictured. Listed rent is what my housemate currently pays, but open to negotiate a little.

Available late April - exact date TBC. (Sorry availability pushed back)

About occupants
Hi, I'm Hayden, 30 yo and work full time as a town planner. I moved from Perth about 2.5 years ago.

I work typical office hours, and usually WFH one day a week.

I consider myself clean and pretty tidy. I love cooking and occasionally baking. I love watching TV dramas and horror movies.
Compatible people
Hoping to find someone who's happy to do their own thing but also occasionally socialise over dinner, drinks or TV. I'd love to make a new friend rather than simply coexist under the same roof.
