3 min walk from the 16, 48 and 75 tram lines, 1930's split art deco home, renovated nicely with a pool and yard space on other side. Home is in a cul de sac which won't feel like Richmond at all so it is quiet. Marble kitchen, off street parking and the room has an ensuite. I haven't changed the home since i bought it late last year so to save time I've used the pictures from when it was sold.
