Shared bathroom with separate toilet. Enclosed outdoor paved patio. One off street parking spot plus garage. 15 min walk to Eastland and Ringwood Station. Lovely parks and walking tracks nearby. Gas cooking and heating. Unnecessarily large TV. Fully furnished but happy to make room for a few items. Available bedroom has two built in wardrobes and can be furnished or unfurnished.

Hi, I’m Eddie 👋 (they/them). I’m 34 and currently working from home as a graphic designer and illustrator. I’m a bit of a homebody although I have a pretty active social life. I enjoy being outdoors but also love a movie night in, sharing food at home with family and friends, the odd night out at a bar and walks in my local neighbourhood.

My side kick is Ernie, a six year old staffy x bulldog who is a little nervous at first but soon becomes everyone’s best friend. I also have two guinea pig brothers, Waylon and Bowser who have an inside enclosure in the laundry. Occasionally I foster and petsit animals so someone who enjoys the company of animals is a must!
