The apartment has soft-new carpet and the expansive open plan room that offers an incredible amount of space to recline and dine.
The integrated kitchen is a good size, equipped with good stainless-steel appliances, as well as Caesarstone countertops and splashbacks. For unwinding or gathering outside, sliding doors from this room open to a front balcony and a spacious rear terrace, which has steps leading down to a courtyard garden.
It is located in a quiet area an easy 10 minutes’ walk to Eastland Shopping Centre and East Ringwood train station. There are also lots of bus options just outside. It is a couple of minutes from Eastlink and Eastern Freeway.
There is a large terrace, small balcony and a courtyard where we can grow vegetables and herbs. There is also European laundry with washing machine, and a camera intercom.
