*Estimated to be available sometime in March, this is because it depends on when our housemate who is moving out is accepted into her next place.
Important:
- No pets please (personal preference)
- $637 per month
- Bond is $594
- Current lease is until April 30th 2026, we moved into the place in June 2024
Location:
- 5-10 minute walk to Ringwood East train station and 669 bus stop (Ringwood to Croydon route)
- A few minutes walk to Ritchies IGA
- 20 minute walk to Ringwood Lake
Home features:
- Ducted heating, air con
- Courtyard space around the outside with grass and garden beds at the front and a paved area at the back.
- Garage is used currently for storage, we can possibly reduce this if needed for parking.
- Park spot available down the driveway, please note that Jillie might have a car too and you can't turn around in the small space.
- Parking on the street is available too for visitors, but for long term parking a permit is required, but may not be allowed as we are a unit.

Furniture will be changed around and replaced prior to a new person moving in as they belong to our housemate moving out.
