This is a share house located in a quiet court in a nice residential area of Rowville. It is close to bus stops, Wellington Village Shopping Centre, and Stud Park. Also, if you like bush walking, Churchill National Park is nearby.

The house is very spacious. It has 5 bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is quite large. It has central heating and cooling in every room. Also, 2 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, laundry, living, and dining areas, plus a small area for ironing or hanging some laundry in winter.

There is a double garage and extra parking space inside the property.

The rules of this house are that all residents need to do their bit to keep the home clean and tidy inside and out. Also, they must keep noise to a minimum to not disturb other residents. A weekly cleaning service of common areas and monthly gardening service will be provided.

Please note that STRICTLY NO SMOKING/vaping/drugs allowed within the premises 🚭, and no cigarette butts outside the property either. Also, no pets are allowed.
