This newly refurbished double storey house is modern, bright and fresh with beautiful tree top views from every window. Located on the Rye/Blairgowrie border, 10min walk to the beach, 2 min drive to Blairgowrie shops and 5min drive to Sorrento. This peaceful and serene environment is the perfect place to enjoy and relax.

You would be sharing with a French girl (28 str), working as a Sommelier at a winery on the Peninsula and a Australian girl (35 str) working on the Peninsula in hospitality.

There would be many times you would have the whole property to yourself. The house is a female only property solely because it has never been completely unoccupied. This double bed room has just become available due to employment opportunities in the CBD offered to one of the other Flatemates.

There are two bathrooms on the property, one upstairs where the bedrooms are and one downstairs next to a games room and outdoor entertainment area.
