This is a nice home in Safety Beach,
I am looking to help my other tenant to look for another person to live with as I have found another place to live in closer to my workplace.
The house is very homely and a less than 10 minute walk to the beach, beautiful garden and lots of parking space.
I have 4 months left on the lease so it would be ideal for someone that’s looking to stay short term etc,
The bond is negotiable to move in as i’m in an immediate hunt for a new tenant.
A TV and a queen size bed can be provided if need be.
If you want to stay longer this is a discussion that can be made with the other tenant still living there as she may be looking to stay longer/
