Beach/Pool combo Seaford house!

Looking for a housemate to join our Seaford house. The house is bigger than it looks in the photos property has a one available room.

The house features a awesome pool with a sunny north-facing backyard, outdoor decking, BBQ, pizza oven, multiple entertaining areas.. The kitchen is roomy, and bedroom comes with built-in wardrobe. We have NBN to the house, Large TV, Pool table in the garage, Kayo and Netflix. Hardwood floors, plenty of natural light, a split system for heating and cooling, ceiling fans in each room. Plus, with solar power.

Seaford Beach, arguably the best in the bay, is nearby. shops also within walking distance.

You'll be living with Marlin (Male 25) & Key (Male 35). We are both very chilled out, like to keep things low key watching footy or movies on weeknights and maybe have a quiet beer in the sun by the pool on the weekend.

I run a digital marketing/social media business, often working from home. I grew up in the bayside area and love being close to the beach. I'm a creative, spending a lot of time on my computer graphic designs, but when I need to unwind, it's movies/series or play COD.

I value a good balance between personal time and socialising, so I'm up for having a few drinks from time to time. In summer, you'll probably find me hanging out by the pool or visiting the nearby beach.
