I personally love the location of this home. A 10 minute walk from Seaford station and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Very close to the big score field and park. House is big and rooms are a good size, as well as a big back yard. Please note the photos of the house are from real estate as I still need to get furniture as we have someone moving out.
