My apartment is very high end, large, and beautifully furnished.

We have everything on our doorstep including the sth Melbourne market 3 minute walk away - pubs, eateries, city a stones throw away. Close proximity to Port Melbourne and beaches. Public transport 100 metres away.
I am a very tidy person and expect my flat mate to be very tidy and clean, especially in the kitchen. Whilst I am mature I am also fun enjoy going out, exercise, binging on Netflix and reading a good book. I work full time, sometimes from home.

I live on my own, mature woman- I work full time and am friendly, have a fun nature, hobbies include the Gym, walking, yoga and Pilates. I am extremely tidy, very respectful and have a lovely network of friends which I often socialise wth.
