We are Thomas and Nicole, a professional couple who travel interstate regularly for work.

This is a bit of an experiment for us to share our house with other people. We have two bedrooms currently available for rent.

We would initially want to commit to a period of 3-6 months to see how it goes, with the potential for an extension.
Compatible people
Ideally we're seeking two friends to take up both rooms together. As this is our family home, we're looking for flatmates who respect and look after it the same way we do. We would require our flatmates to assist with garden maintenance and looking after the house such as keeping common areas clean and tidy. We are looking for people who have exerpience living independently, who don’t need to be told what needs to be done, self starters and proactive people.

Additionally, the owners will be traveling interstate regularly, so the house will be for the sole use of the flatmates for a considerable amount of time.
