Conveniently located on Chapel Street in South Yarra is our spacious and naturally well-lit 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Neighbouring our building is a Woolworths, Big W and many other stores that make living here convenient. The building is positioned opposite the Malcom Street/Chapel Street tram stop and is a 5 minute walk to South Yarra Station and other nearby tram stops on Toorak Rd. There are restaurants and cafes under the building, fitness studios/gyms close by and a short walk will get you to the Yarra and The Tan.
The building facilities include an indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym, all of which can be easily accessed with your swipe pass. The shared spaces are fully furnished, so you will only need to furnish your bedroom. My current housemate has a queen sized bed he is happy to leave, however if you have your own we will remove it so you can put yours in.

I'm an active and social person who likes to be out and about catching up with friends, going to the gym, heading out for hikes and doing other things around the city. I'm busy with my work as a primary school teacher during the week and spend most afternoons after work at the gym. During the school holidays I often get away which means the place is all yours for 2 week blocks at times throughout the year.
