I’m renting a private room in my apartment at 202 Toorak Road, South Yarra. The room comes with a clean bed, and you’ll have your own bathroom for extra privacy. The apartment is in a great location—right in front of tram stop 58 and just a 2-minute walk from the train station.
I’m offering the room for short-term rental as I plan to leave the apartment by the end of the year. My girlfriend and I are easygoing—we focus on studying, working, and going to the gym.
