A bed base can be made available in your bedroom if needed. Sadly my lovely housemate is relocating to QLD so looking for someone to take over her room. You will have your own private ensuite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space.

I work full-time in property. During the week I am pretty quiet and enjoy exercising and walks most mornings. During the weekends I love to catch up with friends for dinner/drinks, shopping or relaxing at home. I’m a clean and tidy person who enjoys living in a clean and clutter free space. I have a beautiful French Bulldog called Franklin who is 3 - he is very affectionate and loves a cuddle, so you must be okay with a little dog.

I am looking for a housemate who is happy to be friends as I don’t want to feel like I’m living with a total stranger, but also understands the need for personal space and down time when needed. Happy to have a drink, share a meal, catch up for a walk, watch a tv series/movie etc. Ideally you have lived out of home before and understand the need to share responsibilities for cleaning and the dynamic in a shared household. You will have full time employment and be able to pay rent and bills on time. Ideally you work in an office/onsite full time as sadly the apartment doesn’t have space for a WFH desk to be set up. Open to female or male aged in your 20s-30s - no couples sorry.
