Remarkably spacious, 2 bedroom top-floor apartment near the Yarra river, Botanical Gardens, Richmond and South Yarra. Boasts two separate balconies, one on either side of the house, a large living/dining area, modern kitchen and bathroom, plenty of built-in storage and also a very cool housemate (me).
I'm yet to move into this place and it is not yet furnished, but I'm looking for a housemate who can share the rent with me and create a fun, comfortable, clean and loving living environment.
