The property is on the first floor of a small low rise apartment block. There are 3 bedrooms in total with a renovated bathroom. There is large reverse cycle air con and heating in the living room which adequately heats and cools the apartment. An internal laundry within the bathroom with front load washing machine. The large livingroom has a 3 seater sofa, and dining table and chairs. A large refrigerator is shared by the household.
There is a balcony off the livingroom should you wish to enjoy the view of the street outside or enjoy a morning coffee.
