Room for Rent in Renovated Melbourne Apartment
I’m a 40-year-old female professional based in Sydney, traveling to Melbourne a few times a year. I’m looking for a housemate to lease one of the bedrooms in my apartment. You will be living on your own in the apartment primarily.
About the Space (sorry don't have furnished photos still moving things back in post renos'):
- Freshly renovated with new paint, floorboards, and a modern bathroom.
- Each bedroom has its own reverse cycle air conditioning and direct access to a spacious courtyard.
- The apartment features top-notch amenities, including an onsite gym, tennis court, and swimming pool.
- The apartment can be furnished, but I’m flexible if you have your own furniture.
(Bringing your own washing machine is preferred, but there’s a laundromat nearby if needed).
Living Situation:
- You’ll have the apartment to yourself about 90% of the time, as I travel to Melbourne only a few times a year.
Looking For:
A professional individual or couple who values a quiet, respectful environment. This is not a party building, so it’s perfect for those seeking a peaceful place to live.
You will be living on your own primarily, when I am in Melbourne it's for approx 8wks a year, it's unlikely I will be around during the day.
Best person to move in is looking for privacy and living on their own - if you want a housemate arrangement this isn't for you.
Home features
- Ceiling fans
- Air-conditioning
- Living area heating
- Dishwasher
- Courtyard, garden or yard
- Swimming pool
- Gym or fitness area
