- In case you plan to stay for a while, the last rental increase was in November 2024, so the rent could increase again from November 2025

Elliott (they/them) - 33yo, full-time engineer and part-time student. Elliott works from home a lot of the time (usually 1-3 days in the office, the rest from home). In their downtime Elliott likes to cook, go to gym, go to gigs, and catch up with friends.
