Some things to note:
- You don't need to clean downstairs common areas (kitchen, lounge, dining, etc), just your own spaces and cleaning up the kitchen after cooking
- In case you plan to stay for a while, the last rental increase was in November 2024, so the rent could increase again from November 2025

Compatible people
We're looking for a communicative, (reasonably) tidy, respectful, considerate flatmate to come and share this gorgeous 90s apartment with us. The high ceilings mean noise carries in the apartment, so ideally you would have a similar Monday-to-Friday awake-in-the-daytime/asleep-at-night kind of schedule. I think it's great to have a friendship within the home, have a meal or a drink together sometimes, but also respect each other's space and privacy.
Description of pets
Sam is a very fluffy and sweet 13 year old domestic medium hair cat. He loves a nap in his cat hammock, or on a pile of random, uncomfortable-looking items 😂
He loves to munch on plants so if you're an indoor plant person please keep them up high and out of his reach!
