Located one tram stop away from Crown, the apartment has a Woolies Metro right below and also has a swimming pool and a gym that is open till 12am.
The unit is a 2 bedder, you would have your own private bathroom. Currently there is a bedframe, mattress, bedside table and lamp in your room, along with built in wardrobes. The current photo of the table and chair is my housemates and wont come with the room.
The convenience of the Woolies Metro below makes for a wonderful location in Southbank.

Hi future flatmate, I'm Sooreth, moved over from Singapore. I work from home 2/3 times a week and go into the office 2/3 times a week. My busy period is from July - September so I may be in the office more than the 3 times a week.
I've followed soccer for a long time and used to play it often before i put on some weight. Have been trying to get myself to the gym a bit more often, now that the gyms so easily accessible.
Im generally neat and tidy and repect your own space and time. I have had a couple who were living with me before who have had to go back to Germany and my current housemate from UK is moving out to live with his partner.
As part of this would be best if you can do a viewing first just to see how things are as well 😊
