Hi!
We have a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in Southbank 3006, on 81 City Road. It's right opposite the Melbourne Skydeck. Very close proximity to RMIT, Unimelb.

We are 3 guys, all in their early 20s and we're looking for a prospective fourth guy to move in with us, as early as possible, preferably the first week of July itself.

Rent is 235/ week + bills. And the deposit is a month's rent.
We have all the usual expected amenities like swimming pool, Sauna, Theatre room, etc.
We're international students from India, and we would prefer people who are in the same boat as us.
We usually cook together, and have lots of fun!
