Hello!

We’re Jess (30) and Tina (22), and we’re looking for a like-minded housemate to join us in our recently established 3 bed Southbank apartment.

A little about us:

Jess: Originally from QLD, working full-time as a lawyer. Recently returned to Aus after studying and working abroad in the UK.

Tina: From the UK, recently graduated from uni and currently working as a swimming teacher here in Melbourne.

We met and became friends through rowing in the UK and now row competitively for a local club here in the City. Most mornings, you’ll find us down at the river at the crack of dawn, however we also enjoy hanging out, exploring new places, cooking together etc.

We’d love to find someone who:
• Enjoys a sociable lifestyle but also appreciates downtime and understands that our early starts mean we’re not exactly night owls (bonus points if you’re into sports too!)
• Is tidy and respectful of communal spaces, helping to keep the apartment a welcoming and enjoyable place to live.
• Values open communication and is happy to discuss house-related matters constructively.
• Is punctual with bill/rent payments
• Is considerate and mindful of others’ routines and needs.
• Is looking for a long-term living arrangement (minimum 6 months – you’ll be added to the lease)

We’re still in the process of furnishing the communal areas of the apartment, so we’d welcome your input or any furniture you may already have!
