The apartment is in a high-rise tower in Southbank at convenient walking distance from some of Melbourne’s prime locations: Flinders Street station and Fed Square only 15 minutes away, NGV and Botanical gardens less that 1 km away. To the south there are the great South Melbourne Market (1.5km) and the Albert Park Aquatic Centre is bang on 2.0km.
To add to the convenience a Woollies is located literally around the corner yet if you need greater choice the South Melbourne shopping area is within a short walking distance.
The apartment itself is of very generous proportions and is fully furnished. Open plan kitchen and living, one bathroom with European laundry, two bedrooms and a covered balcony. The bedroom comes with spacious inbuilt cupboards, the only items you’ll have to provide is your bedroom furniture. This is strictly a non-smoking household.
As for parking: a secure, off-street car park is included in the deal but it's already taken by may car. You will need to check with the local council for an on-street parking permit.
