Both the apartment and rooms are fully furnished. All you need are your suitcases :)

I have a good sized fully furnished bedroom with TV. Bedroom also has access to a large balcony that has city views.

Couples welcome. Sorry not two friends...

Rent is $500 per week and is inclusive of ALL bills being water, electricity and unlimited wireless internet. There is also a TV in the bedroom. Bedroom has city views.

All you need are your suitcases :)

The room is available from end of January

Looking for people who are independent, responsible, tidy and considerate of other people's privacy/space and respect for my home and my belongings. I'm an easy going landlord...do the right thing by me and I'll do the right thing by you..I'm just offering people a place they can call home whilst they are staying in Melbourne either for work and/or leisure.

2 weeks bond and one week rent in advance is required when you move in..
