We live in this beautiful, new townhouse in Spotswood. It has a great open kitchen and living area. The room for rent is really big. You can share the bathroom upstairs, or have your own (but it is downstairs). The house is mostly furnished (except for the bedroom). However there is plenty of space if you would like to bring in your own furniture. There is also plenty of storage in the garage.
The house is a 5 minute walk to the Spotswood train station which is only a 15 minute ride into the city. It's also only a 5 minute walk to the Spotswood pub and nice cafes!

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to take over a room in my sharehouse.
My three housemates are a 27 year old girl who works at Tesltra by day and is an incredible musician by night, a 25 year old girl who works in education (working for universities) and a 29 year old girl who is a food engineer who works for a delicious olive oil company (and yes always brings home free samples!).

The girls are all pretty independent but also like hanging out for a drink or dinner together every now and then. I have lived here for 2 and a half years and am just moving out to live by myself (after 10 years of sharehouses!).
