Hi there, I got 2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms in Springvale. and it would suits student or single people who work full time.
This is only suitable for 1 person per room only for $270 per week including all bills.
I am clean, tidy, respectful, very friendly and down to earth chilled kinda guy so I’m expecting the same.
I have a partner and a mother who lives overseas but they are visiting regularly so when they’re overseas you will be sharing the house with me only :).
Im in hospitality area and I work quite a lot so I will be going to bed early and getting up very early as well.
I really enjoyed going to the gym and be active :)
