Home Description
Description of the home
The house is spacious: large kitchen, open living/dining room, unusually big bathroom and a welcoming vestibule. There is also a front yard and a back yard with a shed for storage (e.g. bicycle). There is lots of space in the back yard to park a car. I have nabbed the pic of the empty bedroom from online so you get an idea of the space, but the living/dining area is semi-furnished.
The street is relatively quiet, yet close enough to the main road for ease of access. It is a 2-minute walk to a beautiful flora and fauna reserve, from where you are connected to bike/walking trails, and only 900 metres to the nearest train station. St Albans has a wonderful produce market and lots of varied, affordable eateries. In general, it is a lovely satellite suburb, with all the required facilities, nestled in the heart of Melbourne's diverse west.

Bills and expenses
The cost for the room is $200/week excluding bills (gas, water, electricity, internet), which we would split. The room is available to occupy from 23 April 2025. Details re. bond TBC but expect ~ one month's rent. Ideally, I would love to find somebody who would be willing to co-sign the year-long lease with me, but I could be flexible.
