About the apartment:

looking for a new flatmate, clean and tidy. For us it’s important to keep the kitchen and common areas clean and tidy as much as possible. So reply if you are in the same mood.
A bit about the room:
The room is big and furnished with a wardrobe, bed side table, double bed. The room is also plenty of natural light from the street.
The position of the house is prefect cause we are 5 min walk from Windsor station, Trams 5/64, 10 min walk from 16/3 trams going to St Kilda and cbd, and also we have the 78 tram stop 2 minutes walking of us going to chapel street and Richmond. Coles and Woolworth at 10 min walk.
