The apartment is situated 5 minutes walk from Acland street and 150m from beach.
The 96 tram is only 20 minutes to the CBD which is available from Acland street.
The majority of the windows enjoy north facing light with the dominant view being from the kitchen and living room over the bay.
The apartment block is quite modest with only 10 apartments. There is a feel of community amongst the longer term residents.
It is not a party house but plenty of fun times have been had.

About occupants
I've been happily enjoying the apartment for more than 5 years. The adjacent beach front is a great open space, I use it for a run in the evenings. The front of the apartment is on a park called Walnut farm which is lovely. I enjoy off-road motorcycling/camping. I have a separate workshop where I build automotive components for a start up business. I have an office at a friends business about 30 minutes away and I work in the Dandenongs with an old friend from university.
I cook for myself and enjoy shopping for my fish and vegetables at different markets.
