This is an iconic Art Deco building in the heart of St Kilda beach.
It has beautiful floorboards throughout and high ceilings and very spacious living and dinning.. the bedrooms are over sized and spacious with massive built ins..
Thr kitchen is fully modern with gas cooking, washing machine and dishwasher and plenty of space..
The back garden is next level pretty and been growing for 50 years. We have a gardener grooming it once a month. It is a shared back yard but it leads straight from our outback door .. it’s so good to have people over and have a BBQ or just sit with the birds and chill.
We have a typical art deco front porch that is full of plants and is a great area to chill and also have friends over .
Parking is very good around here if you have a car there is always a spot in front or close to the house and is parking permit area.
We do have a little community in this street and it’s very pleasant .. it’s crazy that the whole of St Kilda is 1 minute away but it’s very quite and peaceful . Unless it’s St Patrick’s day then the whole of st Kilda can here them..
