This is a unique home (aprox 120m2), perfect for two individual tenants looking to share a kitchen and bathroom, but have an entire apartment worth of space to themselves.

I started to rent this apartment out last year when I went to visit family in Europe, and have decided to extent my travels indefinitely :) The previous wonderful tenants both coupled up and decided to get places just for themselves (congrats!) so the entire apartment is now up for grabs! I have no plans to be back in Melbourne for at least a year, so long term rentals are an option!
