We have a fully furnished double room available in our awesome house in St Kilda! Perfect for couples or friends looking for a fun and cozy place to call home.
💲 Price: $400 per week
📋 Bills: Paid separately every 3 months (not a high amount).

* The perfect spot for summer with plenty of atmosphere, bars, and restaurants right on your doorstep!
👥 About the house:
* Currently shared by 3 housemates aged 26, 27, and 30. We’re a friendly and fun group who enjoy spending time together, whether it’s making plans, having a drink, or sharing a meal. At the same time, we respect each other’s space and independence.
* The room is fully furnished with two large wardrobes, offering plenty of storage space.
