It's a unique apartment in a central position in St Kilda, within walking distance of the beach, Acland St, Fitzroy St, public transport, supermarkets, cafes, etc. but in a quiet private complex surrounded by gardens and a pedestrian area. The building has a lift, and underground private parking (the apartment has allocated space for a car, and there's visitor parking too).

The apartment has high ceilings and a distinctive architecture, offering a cozy and homely atmosphere that's rare to find. It's filled with natural light, and completely furnished and equipped with everything you need and more so that you'll feel at home from the first day.

The living room and kitchen share an open loft space featuring big windows all around, with a lovely terrace facing the building's private area.
