Hi everyone!
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease after the 23rd of April (flexible dates) for a cute private room in a shared house in St Kilda.
The location is great – only a 5-minute walk to trams 96, 16, 67, and 3, which will take you to the CBD in 20 minutes. It's also a 5-minute walk to St Kilda Beach and only 5 minutes to Albert Park. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet close to all amenities.

* Price: $350 per week bills included.

* Bond: $1050

* Lease: Until the 30th of June, but you can extend it as much as you want after.

* The house is shared with 20 other people, all aged between 20 and 30, creating a fun and respectful atmosphere. It's the vibe of a hostel, but everyone has their own private room. However people are really respectful and parties are not hosted in the house, outside of roomates gathering (barbecue, movie nights in the common spaces…etc), in order to respect everyone’s peace and quiet.

* Cleaning: A cleaner comes every day to maintain the shared spaces.

* Perfect for meeting new people but still have your own space – it’s the perfect balance of socializing and having privacy.
