It’s a 10 min walk to St Kilda beach, 450m away from the bustling Acland St and right around the corner from Woodfrog Bakery.

There are 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a central heating system for those chilly Melbourne days, 2 fridges, a massive pantry, a living space, a dining space, laundry and a courtyard for those post work/end of week drinks. The house is surprisingly spacious - a St Kilda beach shack tardis if you will 😉
If you drive then you’ll just need to organize a parking permit from the council, can organize it online or over the phone, super easy process. 🙌

LGBTQI+ friendly and a household always looking to become more eco conscious 🌈🌳and CLEAN! NO Cats though sorry feline pals, we have allergies in this house 😢

The room is $1045 /per calendar month,
The bond is $1000
internet is $17.50/month each and the rest of the bills are split evenly between the four housemates so it’s pretty 👌
